What is Shatter?

Shatter is an extract which is a type of cannabis concentrate that is made by combining weed plant materials and solvents. Usually shatter is translucent and the colours may look like a bright honey like amber to a darker yellow tint. The texture can vary from extremely brittle to a taffy like snap and pull.

Shatter that’s higher in tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) will tend to be sappier. Shatter that’s higher in level of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) will be much more brittle.
