How do I become a member?
Becoming a member is simple! You must be over 19 years of age and a resident of Canada. Head over to our registration page here and start buying weed online now.
How do I order?
Ordering is simple! We’ve created a guide that you’ll be able to follow here.
How do I get my first time member coupon?
All you have to do is sign-up and the coupon will be sent to your immediately right after!
Do you provide door delivery?
No we do not provide door deliveries. We are strictly mail-order only.
How do I change my address?
You can change your account address by going to Account > Addresses > Edit
Do you ship outside of Canada?
We only ship within Canada.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once you make your order and your payment is accepted, you will receive your order within 2-5 business days. Due to some uncontrollable circumstances such as weather conditions, global epidemics, etc., your order maybe take longer to arrive. This also includes if you are living in a remote area.
How is my order shipped?
Your order will be vacuum sealed and shipped in a discreet box. There is no odour and no way of telling of what the contents of your package are.
Which carrier do you use for shipping orders?
Canada Post.
What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept Interac E-transfer as a method of payment.
We also accept CREDIT CARDS from all major credit card companies.
How do I send an e-transfer?
To send an e-transfer, you will need to set up your online banking with your financial institution. From there, you can start sending e-transfers to us!

When will the credit card option be available again?
Due to technical difficulties, our credit card option is not available for the time being. Please hang tight as we resolve the issue.

What if I don't receive my order?
If you do not receive your order for more than 2 days after the expected arrival date, please contact support at [email protected].
From there we can assist you in tracking down the issues with your order.
My package was shipped on the weekend. It's Monday now, why can't I track it?
Canada Post does not process and packages over the weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 24 hours after the weekend for processing. If your tracking does not update, please contact support.
